We will endeavour to colour match to your supplied image, but stress that we cannot guarantee an exact match due to the limitations of various print processes.
SIZES & LAYOUT
Products are available in various sizes as quoted. On occasion there may be a slight variation. If you require a bespoke shape or size please contact us.
PAYMENT
Payment is made online using secure ePayments. You can use Maestro, Solo, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and Visa Debit cards. All prices shown are GBP (Great British Pounds)
DELIVERY
Each order will be subject to a different delivery schedule depending on the product.
Delivery is on a next day service by our chosen courier. We do not deliver on Saturdays. This service is available to UK-mainland customers only. For delivery elsewhere please contact us.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We do our best to ensure that you are happy with your purchase from Offscreen. If, for any reason, your purchase arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt, and we will make arrangements to supply a replacement.
If we have made a mistake on your print order, we will happily supply a reprint. However, we do supply a proof before printing and ask you to check this carefully, as we cannot be held responsible for errors once the order has gone to print.
Returns should be sent to us in the original package unless damaged, with a covering letter. Please use a recorded delivery service. We regret that we are unable to refund any delivery or postage costs.
CANCELLATIONS
If you decide to cancel your order, please notify us immediately. As long as we have not commenced work, a refund can be made.
COPYRIGHT
By using the Offscreen website, you agree to refrain from any unauthorised reproduction, which could result in legal action. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
